Best Soup Ever!

I'm kind of famous for my soup.  I love the stuff and make it at least once a week.  I literally can not go long without having soup to eat.  It's my absolute favorite!  This soup recipe however, isn't mine, but my Papaw's.  I quickly admit mine is not near as good as his as he would spend all day making a pot about 3 times this big and he used only the best ingredients!  EVERYONE loved when he made this or when he cooked anything really!  Here is my adapted recipe to Papaw's soup.  It's quicker and easier than what he used to make, and although it could never be as tasty as his, it is pretty darn close.  We miss you Papaw!

1 lb Stew meat
2-3 T cooking oil
About half a bunch of celery sliced up
1 bag of baby carrots
1 onion diced
2-3 potatoes diced
1 can of corn
1 can of green beans
1 large can of whole tomatoes
2 cans of tomato sauce
Half a bottle of Kitchen Accomplice Beef Broth Concentrate

Seasoning:
Lawry's Red Seasoned Salt
Garlic Salt
Nature's Seasoning
Salt

Brown stew meat in the cooking oil and then add in all ingredients along with about 2 1/2 cans of water using the big can that the whole tomatoes were in.  Season with seasonings to taste and then bring to a boil.  Lower to a simmer and partially cover with a lid.  Allow to simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours.  I love to serve this with a hunk of extra sharp cheddar cheese and a piece of mexican corn bread!  Yum!
